softschlegel is the work of Tobias Schlegel, an independent software and game developer based in Huettingen an der Kyll, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. I design, develop and maintain my own applications and games with clear interfaces, traceable logic and a technical foundation built for ongoing development.

- All rights to software, interfaces, texts, data, trademarks, images, concepts and documentation remain with the respective rights holder.
- Redistribution, sale, rental, public provision, modification, decompilation, reverse engineering and bypassing technical protections are prohibited without written approval.
- Test versions may contain errors, alter data or be incomplete. Testers back up their own data and use the programs at their own responsibility.
- There is no claim to availability, maintenance, support, specific functions, fitness for a purpose or permanent access.
- Feedback, bug reports and improvement suggestions may be evaluated for further development and used without compensation claims.
- Access may be restricted, revoked or ended at any time, especially in cases of misuse, security risks or violation of these terms.
- To the extent permitted by law, liability for test, consequential, profit, data or usage losses is excluded; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Non-disclosure agreement
- Confidential information includes programs, download packages, credentials, source code, concepts, screenshots, designs, texts, prices, data, roadmaps, test results and non-public information from this test environment.
- Confidential information may only be used for the agreed test purpose and may not be shared, published, copied, stored or otherwise made accessible to third parties unless required and approved for testing.
- Credentials must be handled personally. Suspected loss, unauthorized access or security incidents must be reported without delay.
- Excluded is information that was demonstrably already known lawfully, became public without violation, was developed independently or must be disclosed due to mandatory legal obligations.
- Upon request, confidential documents, copies, local test data and downloads must be deleted or returned unless legal retention obligations prevent this.
- Confidentiality applies during the test and afterwards as long as the information is not lawfully public, but at least for five years.
- Violations may result in access blocking, withdrawal of test approval and assertion of statutory claims.
